This bag is very shallow and doesn’t hold many products. That was my fault for not looking closer. This item is also not returnable, even if you don’t personalize it. My husband didn’t like it when I gave it as a gift and now I’m eating the cost to order a different bag from another company. Just an unfortunate and expensive purchase experience. Nothing against this company because I love the business model (read their bio).
