Afraid the lettering might wear off but will only know that with timeThis turned out beautiful ad came in a timely manner. Excellent quality and workmanship.Not very happy with this product and purchase. The glassware itself is fine accept that it should have been wiped off/cleaned and buffed before shipping. It has many sharp edges along the etching and tiny glass chards on the glasses and in the box.The box, especially for $50, is a total disappointment. The material itself is sub par but the assembly is horrible. The screws and hinges are not aligned very well, the screws are not tightened all the way, and a few are stripped which makes it more difficult to tighten. Even worse, the magnet was not assembled as pictured in the product description. It shows the magnet centered on the box which would allow you leverage in opening it. Instead, the magnet was installed at the edge of the opening corner of the box which makes it very difficult to open.Lastly, with a "special" gift like this, presentation is everything. The monogram on the box should have been done horizontally to match the packaged contents of the box. It has been done vertically so that you open the box thinking it is vertical based upon monogram placement only to have to rotate the box to look at it's contents.Sadly, I am disappointed because I had high-hopes that this would truly be a special gift. It had all the promise of being just that but without the care for packaging and quality, it fell very short.It looks great. Bought this for my son.I am not impressed with the product. I'm very much questioning even giving this as a giftable gift. The glasses are are very basic, something you could purchase at a dollar store. The decanter again is very basic. I'm not impressed with the engraving either. Its rough and you can see the fine shards in your finger after rubbing it.I msged seller and was told...etching is very light as it was done with laser engraved, glasses are dishwasher safe, and the etch shards will comes off eventually and smooth bottom surface will be there. after 2 month even if you are not happy with product let us know we will resolve that issue, just want to let you know that customer service is our main priority.I appreciate the response but it's not a direct response to my concerns. I'd honestly like to return it and get my money back.Very happy with the product.I ordered the antlers with our last name and they turned out beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship of the work was perfect. They are absolutely beautiful and can not wait to order more as gifts for others.Not only is this set of great quality, the speed in which it was etched to personalize was remarkable and also of high quality. I am planning to purchase more sets for other family members.I am ABSOLUTELY amazed by this product! Was done perfectly and look stunning! Came way before delivery date as well! Help these amazing people and their company out! Good job ?? thanks again for making a very special gift!
