Everything came out great and the seller even overnighted them to me so they would be in time for my wedding. VERY GOOD QUALITYI dont write reviews as i never find it necessary and dont interact with the seller. I am writing this because of the excellent customer service i recieved from Amy. We messed up on our phone with some of the boxes when entering names and titles for the 6 boxes and we couldn't see what we submited in amazon until they arrived and were in the physical product. I contacted the seller to see if they could fix this for the boxes that were not right and they let us know what was submitted and it was US that made this mistake ( they were able to pull up the original texts that Amazon would not let us see in the orde, which confirmed out errors). My fiance and I were willing to accept it as it was on US and not the seller, but Amy went above and beyond and replaced those boxes even though it was on US. Again, Seller went above and beyond here and we will be recommending them whenever any asks about wedding proposal gifts!! Besides the great customer service we recieved the boxes were very good quality for what we wanted and they were very well presented/packaged!!! I can't wait for my fiance to present these to all of our friends and family!I got this as a gift for my groomsmen/best man and I was honestly very impressed by the craftwork. The boxes themselves are durable and the names, date, titles gave it a really nice touch. Everything on the inside was clean and packaged nicely and I can’t wait to gift it to my wedding party. Also- huge thank you to this vendor for helping correct an error I made on the boxes. Super helpful and very appreciated!My groomsmen really like this gift and they are already talking about using at least one of these during the wedding. They (and I) also really like that they’re name is on the box. Very professional. I would show a picture but I gave them out already.One of the flasks inside the boxes was dirty. Looked like someone trying to remove stickers and the goo stayed. In general, it's a good set. My husband thinks it would have been so much better to have some chips instead of dices for the set to be more useful.Very quick turn around and looked good with our personalized engravingsGREAT PRODUCT Groomsman loved them. Worth the money
